For all support inquiries, please submit a ticket by following these steps:

  1. Log into Second Life.
  2. Instant Message: MoreThanPixels Resident — Just say that you would like to 'Submit a Ticket'.
    • If our bot is offline, please check back in a few minutes and try again.
    • Still offline? please contact Johnny Nexen directly instead.
  3. You'll receive a ticket link where you can complete your ticket submission.

Once you have submitted your ticket, you will receive ticket confirmation.

We do our best to respond to tickets within 24 hours

Product Redelivery

  • Visit our Main Store and use the CasperVend Redelivery Terminal.
  • OR, for Marketplace Purchases: Go to your Order History, locate the product and select "Redeliver item".

Store Policies

Refunds

All sales are final. We may choose to issue a refund in certain circumstances; this is solely at our discretion.


Returns

We are unable to accept returns as our products are sold with 'no transfer' permissions.
